This article analyzes the interconnection between theoretical knowledge and practical activity in the teaching of painting in higher education institutions from a scientific and pedagogical perspective. Painting education is considered a complex pedagogical process that integrates theoretical foundations, practical skills, and creative thinking. The study emphasizes that effective teaching of painting requires a balanced integration of theory and practice, systematic organization of practical training, and the application of modern pedagogical technologies.
