We report experimental evidence that the Shraiman and Siggia conjecture ( Phys. Rev. A , 42 (1990) 3650) on temperature boundary layer shape, in turbulent thermal convection, is correct. Besides, we also show that the spatial distributions of temperature fluctuations present exponential tails, which is compatible with a logarithmic dependence on z of the temperature fluctuation amplitudes.
