Andrushchuk et al. (2017) conducted a case report in Primary non-operable cardiac tumors (n=2). Orthotopic heart transplantation was evaluated. Orthotopic heart transplantation provided good long-term survival (over 4 years) for a patient with a non-resectable benign cardiac tumor, but resulted in early postoperative death in a patient with a malignant tumor.
