This document presents the Participatory Expansion Theory, a theoretical framework that proposes a unification between quantum gravity, observational cosmology, and the hard problem of consciousness. Facing the anomalies of the Standard Model (CDM), specifically the Hubble Tension and the nature of Dark Energy and Dark Matter, this model postulates that the accelerated expansion of space-time is not driven by an inert cosmological constant, but by the demand for "geometric bandwidth" required to process the collapse of quantum information. By integrating Wheeler-Feynman electrodynamics, Bekenstein-Hawking thermodynamics, and the Landauer informational limit, an idealistic ontology is translated into a set of modified Friedmann equations. The model offers falsifiable predictions at the macroscopic scale (correlation between the Madau-Dickinson equation and the acceleration threshold) and the microscopic scale (thermal anomalies in neural networks in vivo), redefining conscious life as a fundamental dissipative structure for the geometric mechanics of the universe.
