AbstractThis paper is the third part of a series on Unified Consciousness Geometry. It integrates the three theoretical layers introduced in the previous works, the Consciousness Extended Einstein Equations from Part I, the quaternion group description of self referential cognitive loops from Part II, and Differential Integral Duality (DID), into a single unified framework. The central junction of this framework establishes the exact relation where:Phi = the form taken by the universe's self referential closure This equation provides a precise mathematical resolution to the Wheeler DeWitt observer problem in quantum cosmology. Furthermore, this paper outlines eight falsifiable experimental predictions and a concrete research program designed to test the functional role of non abelian topological structures in consciousness and mind matter coupling. The framework bridges algebraic topology, several complex variables, and precision metrology, offering a rigorous mathematical and empirical roadmap for verifying the geometrical nature of the observer within physical reality.
