VAFB-2007-06: Stabilization of Fifteen Archaeological Sites on Vandenberg Air Force Base, Santa Barbara County, California

This document is a report for the effort to stabilize 15 archaeological sites on Vandenberg Air Force Base (VAFB) in Fiscal Year 2007. The introduction of the report explains that of the 15 sites originally identified for stabilization, only 10 were feasible. After stabilization was implemented for these 10 sites, an additional 5 were selected. The report discusses the various erosion prevention strategies that were considered and employed. It then provides specific details about each of the sites stabilized for this project. The report also provides an initial assessment of the stabilization results for each of the sites.
