We propose Time-Light Equivalence as extension of TER and Nothon Hypothesis N₀. c is not speed of photons, c is speed of time vT in Physical Domain. At $v=c$, Time → Light. Light is Time rendered visible. At vT, TL → T₀ (Nothingness). Core discovery: Mass is condensed time MT, c is speed of time vT, so mass × speed of time² = energy of time: ET = MT vT² ≡ E=mc². Thus Einstein's equation is equation of time. Cycle T₀ → MT → ET → T₀ is eternal and governed by Nothon N₀.
