We present TER v4.0, where ET = MT · vT² is the fundamental equation of Time. Mass is condensed time, c is the speed of time, and light is time made visible. Einstein discovered the equation of Time without knowing it. This paper is a direct extension of The Living Moment Hypothesis (LMH) and The Nothon Hypothesis.
