Thirty‐one non‐senescent sorghum genotypes were screened against stalk rot complex. Using disease parameters such as percentage soft stalk, number of nodes crossed, and leaf‐plant death, the resistant genotypes identified were: Q101, Q102, Q103, E36–1, BJ111, and PQ60–2, all of which were without any stalk rot infection.
