Building on Ontology V8.4.4, this paper completes all work of stage T6: rigorous proof of the low-energy limit, derivation of the magnitudes of higher-order corrections, numerical computation and simulation, and experimental predictions and falsification paths. The main results are: (1) rigorously proving that the theory returns to general relativity + ΛCDM + the Standard Model at low energy; (2) deriving in detail the four types of higher-order corrections: gravitational higher-curvature (E/M_Pl)^2, D-field fluctuation H_0/M_Pl, φ-field potential e−φ/φ_P, and Lorentz violation E/M_Pl; (3) completing the numerical solution of the RGE, the evolution of G_eff(D), the dx(v) curve, and the numerical computation of the black-hole entropy, with reproducible code; (4) giving four types of experimental predictions: quantum-gravity effects, dark-energy evolution, Lorentz violation, and zero fifth force, with clear falsification paths. This paper makes clear that the low-energy limit rigorously returns to standard physics; all higher-order corrections are negligible; the numerical results agree with the analytical solution; the experimental predictions are testable and the falsification paths are clear. φ has a lower bound φ_P=1/l_P. Keywords: low-energy limit; higher-order corrections; numerical computation; experimental predictions; falsification paths; asymptotic safety; Lorentz violation; fifth force
