Registered result for option O8d after the v5.60 deposit (doi:10.5281/zenodo.22994692). Not a new registration. D2 passed: the v5.59 action remains closed with the tail cut-off. D5 passed: Cassini quadrupole Q₂ = −9.3×10⁻²⁹ s⁻²; Saturn |δa| = 4.8×10⁻¹⁷ m s⁻². The tail cut-off removes the O8c planetary failure. As declared, the main-term part of D5 is not independent of Y_c. D8b failed: 0 of 22 Simon (2019) ultra-faint dwarfs have σ_pred within a factor of 2 of σ_obs (required ≥ 11/22). Median ratio 0.09, largest 0.26. Compactness screening did not act: S = 1.000 for every dwarf because the Galactic field dominates |g|. The unscreened base law ν₀ gives the same 0/22. O8d is killed. D6 and D4 were not run. Passing D2 and D5 does not validate UDCT.
