Pre-registration of option O7, not a result. At deposit no planetary anomaly, no lensing prediction and no SPARC fit with the O7 law have been computed. O7 is a modified-inertia projection: the gravitational field stays Newtonian and the response lives on each trajectory. Frozen circular-orbit function: μMI = μY with Y = 1.19097179 and ξ0 = 1.082401×10⁻¹⁰ m s⁻² (not refitted). Light rule L1 is registered in advance. Kill order: D2 (explicit MI action) → D3 (satisfied by construction) → D5 (Saturn |δa| < 1×10⁻¹⁴ m s⁻² and INPOP10a 2σ perihelia) → D6 (weak-lensing RAR) → D4 (v5.50 SPARC protocol, S_O7 ≤ +10). Failing any gate kills the registered option; Y, ξ0 and L1 are not retuned afterwards. Blindness is partial: SPARC was already opened in v5.51–v5.52 for two other laws, and Y was set in v5.37. What this note freezes is the O7 law and the decision rules before their outcomes are known. Passing the gates would not validate UDCT.
