Registered result for option O8c after the v5.58 deposit (doi:10.5281/zenodo.22987510). Not a new registration. D2 passed: a closed non-relativistic QUMOND-type action exists. Extra tidal-derivative terms are negligible on SPARC and 1.02% in the solar region, so D5 used the full equation as registered. D5 failed: Cassini quadrupole is suppressed (\(Q_2 ≈ -9×10⁻²⁹\,{s⁻²}\)), but Saturn \(|δ a| = 2.3×10⁻¹¹\,{m\,s⁻²}\) exceeds the \(10⁻¹⁴\) bound by a factor of about 2000. Screening acts only outside \(~ 20\) AU; the planets sit inside and keep the slow \(ν_0\) tail. O8c is killed. D8, D6 and D4 were not run. Two method notes are disclosed and do not change the verdict. Passing D2 does not validate UDCT.
