The Continuum Hypothesis (CH), 2ℵ_0 = ℵ_1, remains the most profound existential question in the foundations of mathematics, historically deemed undecidable within standard ZFC. This paper introduces the Ultimate Inner Model-Forcing Hierarchy Unified Foundation (UIMFH) elevated through the Rough Operator Algebra (ROA) and Seonggil Field Equations (SFE). By redefining the canonical inner model to incorporate spatial roughness (∇_α) and mapping set-theoretic forcing (P_α) to the physical phase collapse dictated by the master-key tensor T_0x8A2C, we demonstrate that the cardinality of the continuum is not a static undecidable axiom, but a dynamic topological phase transition.
