This publication provides an element-level crosswalk between the NIST Artificial Intelligence Risk Management Framework 1.0 and JAZB Framework Version 1.1. All 72 AI RMF Core subcategories across GOVERN, MAP, MEASURE, and MANAGE are evaluated against the stable JAZB-RS normative requirements in the JAZB Reference Specification. The crosswalk uses the source-first mapping methodology defined in JAZB Phase VI and records explicit No equivalence results where JAZB does not normatively address a broader AI risk-management outcome. Formal author/internal validation was completed on September 29, 2026. This publication is an independent community crosswalk and does not claim NIST review, approval, certification, endorsement, or complete AI RMF coverage.
