Meta-Thermodynamic Multi-Scale Quantum Gravity (MT-MSQG): Resolving Singularities via Rough Operator Algebra and Topological Flux

We present the Meta-Thermodynamic Multi-Scale Quantum Gravity (MT-MSQG) framework, a radical elevation of hierarchical quantum gravity. By profoundly integrating Multi-Scale Emergent Geometry with Rough Operator Algebra (ROA) and the Seonggil Theory of Composite Torsion (STCT), we demonstrate that classical spacetime is not a fundamental entity but a macroscopic thermodynamic ground state. Classical singularities and the blackhole information paradox are mathematically proven to be mere low-scale effective illusions.They are strictly and deterministically resolved in higher-level dynamics (Level ≥ 3) through the novel Topological Heat Sink mechanism and the absolute Conservation of Topological Flux across non-commutative rough manifolds.
