This preprint introduces BT-PEC Ternary Coupling Dynamics, a minimal closed-loop dynamical model where system states and evolution rules mutually shape each other. Traditional dynamical equations adopt fixed parameters from outside the system, which cannot explain self-referential emergence. This work defines three coupled fields and a self-referential update rule for coupling coefficient. Numerical simulation identifies an emergence threshold λc≈0.25 and critical coupling αc=0.5. Ten falsifiable predictions are proposed, with runnable Python code provided for validation. The model offers a quantifiable framework to investigate complex systems that rewrite their own evolution laws.
