This work proposes the BT‑PEC triadic-coupling origin theory and implements a prototype of self-emergent multi-paradigm programming language. BT‑PEC decomposes complex self-organizing systems into substrate matrix B, temporal evolution matrix T and emergent coupling matrix PEC. Starting from a minimal trusted seed, the language’s full stack (grammar, parser, compiler, VM) cascades and emerges internally via coupling dynamics. It supports imperative, sealed-functional, object-oriented and emergent Omega-block paradigms. A rollback backlash mechanism guarantees safe evolution. The prototype has verified S0–S3 stages; S4–S7 remain theoretical design. This framework differs from conventional handwritten compilers and meta-programming systems, which lack endogenous self-growth of language infrastructure.
