In this work, a mathematical and cosmological model concerning the fundamental nature of the Universe is formalized. It is postulated that mass and spacetime are emergent properties arising from the interaction between fundamental Information (i) and an Observing Entity (O), governed by the equation M = i × O under the absolute non-locality condition d = 0. By quantifying the Observer variable as a threshold function with a scale multiplier and integrating thermodynamic constants, this paradigm establishes a novel framework for energetic conservation within singular systems. Consequently, this model provides mathematical solutions to three primary unresolved dilemmas in modern physics: Dark Energy acceleration, physical scale unification, and the black hole information paradox. Furthermore, I introduce my intuitive framework for system evolution (E) driven by time and observer dynamics: E = tO + im.
