This paper develops a unified theoretical framework for macroscopically delocalized, topologically stable field organisms within an informational universe. Building on previous work on informational ontology, informational dynamics, informational waves, informational fields, informational geometry, informational consciousness, and SETI Phase II, we describe post-material intelligence as emergent informational field organisms whose stability arises from nonlinear self-interaction, topological invariants, and informational curvature. These organisms do not emit classical signals but exist as structured energy states detectable through reductions in Shannon entropy and Kolmogorov complexity. The resulting framework integrates informational physics, cognitive informational dynamics, and astrobiological field theory into a single non-metric model of post-material intelligence.
