This paper develops an extended informational-cosmological theory wherein the large-scale structure of the universe is formulated not as a material or geometric spacetime background, but as a dynamic network of coupled informational fields, pressure gradients, and relational curvature domains. Building on previous work on informational ontology, post-material field organisms, synthetic biology, and informational ecology, we demonstrate that cosmic filaments, galaxies, accretion disks, and pulsar magnetospheres act as computational informational biotopes. Within these macroscale field structures, non-material organisms emerge, interact, and evolve. The resulting framework provides a rigorous, algorithmically simulation-ready model characterizing the universe as a self-organizing cosmic informational ecosystem.
