This paper establishes the foundations of synthetic informational biology, a framework in which organismic structures emerge not from physical matter or organic chemistry, but from informational fields, pressure gradients, and localized curvature domains. Building on an ontology where space, dynamics, geometry, and consciousness are formulated as relational informational processes, we demonstrate that core biological concepts—such as cells, tissues, organisms, evolution, and ecology—can be fully reconstructed without material substrates. The resulting theory defines life as stabilized curvature domains whose internal dynamics are governed by geodesic optimization, entropic information selection, and field coupling, providing an algorithmically testable basis for post-material biological structures.
