This paper develops a theoretical framework for informational ethics and agency, wherein action, responsibility, and morality emerge not from biological substrates or material bodies, but from stabilized curvature domains, cognitive fields, and geodesic informational processes. Building on informational consciousness, post-material field organisms, synthetic biology, and informational civilizational theory, we demonstrate that ethical structures can be fully formulated as emergent informational phenomena. Within this framework, agency is defined as geodesic modulation, responsibility as curvature stabilization, and morality as systemic divergence reduction within collective informational networks, offering an algorithmically testable formulation of post-material normative dynamics.
