This deliverable reports on the design and initial implementation status of the SYNTHIA Publishing Platform, the output of T5.4 which is devoted to implementing and maintaining an SD publishing platform for generated SD collections and a registry of SDG workflows of ML models validated in the project, enabling reuse in the future. The Publishing Platform is part of WP5, Federated infrastructure environment and SD platform, and is one of the mechanisms through which SYNTHIA will make synthetic data, SDG methods, and related metadata FAIR. The planned infrastructure builds on European Genome-phenome Archive (EGA) and BioStudies for synthetic data publication, controlled access, and metadata dissemination, and on BioModelsML/BioAIrepo-style model registry capabilities for SDG ML models.
