This deliverable describes the development of the SYNTHIA Metadata Catalogue for the discovery and long-term accessibility of synthetic data (SD) collections and synthetic data generation (SDG) methods. It defines a machine-actionable, FAIR-aligned metadata approach to support automated discovery, interoperability and reuse of data and tools across the SYNTHIA platform. The proposed solution builds on standards such as the FAIR Data Point and aims to facilitate integration with European research and health data infrastructures, including EOSC, ELIXIR, EHDS and GDI, while preserving data sovereignty and supporting federated AI workflows.
