Methods: a study and analysis of regulatory documentation governing the provision of assistance and support services to individuals with limited mobility at public transport, as part of ensuring a safe, accessible environment in accordance with the provisions of the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, as well as information on this issue posted on the websites of public transport facilities and characterizing the actual conditions of its implementation. Results: the necessary requirements for the high-quality implementation of assistance and support services for people with limited mobility on various public transportation systems, as well as the reasons preventing their provision, are identified. Promising steps for implementing the OSAP and some ways to improve accessibility of public transportation systems for people with limited mobility are proposed. Practical importance: implementation of the proposed solutions will increase the attractiveness of the mode of transport on which they are used, and will also demonstrate a high level of customer focus for the company implementing them.
