This project proposes an Agentic AI-based disaster management framework for real-time decision-making during floods and landslides. It integrates Large Language Models (LLMs), Multi-Agent RAG, Digital Twins, GIS, IoT, CCTV, UAVs, and satellite data to provide accurate situational awareness. Specialized AI agents analyze real-time information to identify risks, affected areas, and resource requirements. The Agentic RAG system retrieves relevant historical data, emergency procedures, maps, and disaster knowledge to support decision-making. The framework generates adaptive, evidence-based response strategies for rescue prioritization, resource allocation, evacuation, and emergency coordination.
