Version 1.1 presents a source-explicit mathematical quantum-gravity candidate built from one fixed finite pointed involutive Yang–Baxter/Braid source. Exact finite results include a complex quantum carrier, Born-type probabilities, a linear CPTP collision parent, a source-native clock–Fourier 1+3 carrier, a finite Lorentz polarity, a complementary 3+2 routing split with the exact invariant pB=3/5, and a four-component Ward telescope. Under a declared local, diffeomorphism-invariant, second-order, conservative infrared action class, common metric variation yields Gμν+ΛIRgμν=pBTμν; ΛIR remains undetermined. Version 1.1 distinguishes the nonlinear conditioned record update from the linear CPTP parent, narrows full ADM/HDA–BFV, BV-QME, and repeated-cover global-hyperbolicity claims to their proven scopes, retains CKM only as a retrospective registered reproduction, and does not identify the formal neutral sector with observed PMNS phenomenology. A post-bridge identifiability theorem proves that source-only numerical prediction of Newton's constant is impossible in the declared dimensionless class, while exactly one traceable SI time τ*, or equivalent length ℓ*=cτ*, is necessary and sufficient for the conditional map GN=3c5τ*2/(40πℏ), with ur(GN)=2ur(τ*). The required physical anchor and metrological traceability remain open. This is a linked family of exact finite and scoped continuum constructions with common source provenance, not an unconditional end-to-end theorem or an empirically established theory.
