Specific Features of Reactions of Anisoletricarbonylchromium(0) and Dimethoxyresorcinoltricarbonylchromium(0) with Acridine, Quinazoline, and Quinoxaline

The results on the reactions of Cr(CO)3-activated anisole and dimethoxyresorcinol with acridine, quinazoline, and quinoxaline are presented. The earlier unknown π complexes are characterized by elemental analysis, 1Н and 13С NMR spectroscopy, and mass spectrometry. The molecular structure of the rac-Va complex is determined by X-ray diffraction (XRD) (CIF file CCDC no. 2550537). The outstanding regioselectivity is found for the reaction with lithium anisoletricarbonylchromium.
