The early treatment of postprandial hyperglycemia (PPHG) is important for preventing arteriosclerosis. Therefore, community pharmacies are expected to play an active role in its management. In this study, we first developed a simple screening method for PPHG that can be implemented in community pharmacies and then evaluated its usefulness in local residents.
