This article investigates the hybrid bumpless transfer (BT) control problem for impulsive switched positive systems (ISPSs). The impulse and switching can occur synchronously or asynchronously, which increases the amplitude and frequency of control bumps. To restrict such bumps, the definition of hybrid BT performance is proposed by suppressing the instantaneous bumps at switching and impulse instants, as well as the accumulated control differences over the entire time domain. Then, based on the multiple linear copositive Lyapunov function, the mode‐dependent average dwell time (MDADT) and the mode‐dependent average impulsive interval (MDAII) methods, the controller, switching signal, and impulse signal are designed to guarantee the positivity and stability while realizing the hybrid BT performance. Finally, the effectiveness of the presented control strategy is verified by simulations.
