The modernization of higher teacher education requires the formation of culturally and professionally literate educators capable of deep analytical thinking. This study addresses the issue of developing future teachers' professional erudition through the discipline "Theory and History of Pedagogy." The research aims to improve and experimentally validate a technological model based on the author's "W5 technology" combined with academic organizers and dual education principles. The study involved a large-scale experiment with 497 undergraduate pedagogy students from Andijan State Pedagogical Institute, Kokand State Pedagogical Institute, and Fergana State University. Methodologically, the work integrates a systemic-creative approach with empirical diagnostics and mathematical-statistical verification. The results demonstrate that the application of individual development programs in a differentiated learning environment significantly shortens the gap between soft and hard skills, transforming historical-pedagogical facts into active intellectual tools. The post-experimental diagnostic data showed a statistically significant increase in the high-level professional erudition of the experimental group compared to the control group, validating the effectiveness of the proposed intervention.
