The current research mentioned the development of the renewable energy system, specifically the solar absorber design with zero CO 2 emissions. The Chromium, Iron (III) oxide (Fe2O3), and Indium (III) selenide (In2Se3) materials are included to perform the resonator-substrate-based construction, and the carbon-based (graphene) layer also helps improve the overall absorption. The current absorber in the rosette-shaped graphene-based thermal solar absorber (RGTSA) and the three-layer analysis in machine learning optimization (non-linear regression) are also included, with the 0.99 R 2 indication. The current RGTSA design can propagate the explored absorption in the UV-MIR range, achieving an overall rate of 92.79% at 2800 nm, while the rate for the 700–2500 nm range is 94.06%. With the incidence angle analysis (0 – 90) degrees, the polarization insensitivity can occur in the developed RGTSA structure, and the field intensity analysis can also be found. The current RGTSA design can be used in several thermal conversion uses, including solar harvesting, solar dryer mining applications.
