Herein, we report a sustainable and efficient electrochemical strategy for the direct C(sp 3 )─H gem ‐diselenylation of oxindoles. This protocol proceeds under oxidant‐ and metal‐free conditions, exploiting the synergistic interplay between electrochemical activation and iodide mediation to drive the transformation. This method demonstrates practical utility through a broad substrate scope, gram‐scale synthesis, and late‐stage functionalization of drug molecules. Mechanistic investigations reveal that iodide ions are pivotal, with evidence supporting a radical pathway. Finally, the synthesized gem ‐diselenide products exhibit good inhibitory activity against a variety of plant pathogens and can be identified as promising lead compounds for further exploration.
