Reproduction package for equal-output standardized benchmarks for the 40 volume-compatible European Hydrogen Bank grant-preparation invitees, with five capacity-volume records outside the frozen availability bound reported separately. Contains the 8,760-hour sizing and dispatch model, the frozen parameter set and intermediate outputs, the prespecified continuation tests, every figure and table generation script, and the verification gates. The deposit records the exact build commit and includes the corrective rerun specification; that specification is author-controlled and is not an independently timestamped preregistration. Licensing: this record carries CC BY-NC 4.0 because data/raw/resource_ts/ contains renewables.ninja-derived time series (CC BY-NC 4.0). Per-file licensing differs and is listed in FILE_LICENSES.csv and LICENSE_MATRIX.md inside the deposit: Python code (model/, tests/, *.py) is additionally available under MIT; the manuscript, results, tables, figures and author-constructed data files are CC BY 4.0; European Commission and CINEA documents are reused under CC BY 4.0 per Commission Decision 2011/833/EU; OpenStreetMap-derived site annotations follow ODbL 1.0. renewables.ninja attribution: Pfenninger and Staffell (2016), doi:10.1016/j.energy.2016.08.060; Staffell and Pfenninger (2016), doi:10.1016/j.energy.2016.08.068. Version 1.1 (revision 1): adds P7_RERUN_SPEC.md, the revision sensitivity grid, the post-run extension grid, the final-check arithmetic and the execution report (27 tests, all verification gates pass at the recorded build commit).
