The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships among learning motivation, college belongingness, and learning satisfaction among students enrolled in advanced bachelor's degree programs in aviation service at junior colleges and to investigate the mediating effect of college belongingness. The results showed that educational expectation positively influenced peer belonging and institutional pride, while personal motivation and educational expectation positively influenced community belonging. among the sub-factors of college belongingness, only community belonging had a significant positive effect on learning satisfaction. In addition, peer belonging, institutional pride, and community belonging mediated the relationship between learning motivation and learning satisfaction. these findings suggest that strengthening educational expectation and college belongingness is important for improving learning satisfaction and provide implications for educational programs in aviation service.
