The universal prescribed-end realization assertion in Valdez's 2014 Oberwolfach Question4 (printed887), included in the countable all-nonplanar-end case of the broader Ramirez Maluendas–Valdez2017Question0.2, has a negative answer in its prescribed matrix-group formulation. The explicit pair is the closed nonempty Cantor subspace X={0,2/3,1} and the infinite cyclic group generated by A=(1/5)[[3,-4],[4,3]]. Every element preserves Euclidean norm, but the group cannot even be contained in the Veech group of an infinite-genus translation surface with exactly three ends, all accumulated by genus. The written proof gives the compact-core, conformal properness and exact all-n arithmetic reductions, keeping the actual underlying surface and allowing an incomplete flat metric, arbitrary translation kernel and infinite area. This is an explicitly attributed application. Aougab–Patel–Vlamis already imply the complete obstruction in their July4,2020 preprint and 2021 published Lemmas4.1/4.2: uniformize the same Riemann surface, use its separate complete Poincare metric and a nondisplaceable compact core, and take the full rotational affine preimage. Artigiani–Randecker–Sadanand–Valdez–Weitze-Schmithusen v1Theorem1.6(2023), v2Theorem1.8(2026), explicitly proves the needed translation-surface finiteness principle. No new general finiteness theorem, construction, classification, first-priority claim or present-openness certificate is asserted. No earlier literal negative answer to the named prescribed-matrix question was established in the inspected primary sources; this bounded historical gap proves no firstness. Abstract cyclic-group realization with a different nonorthogonal generator and the separate Jacob's-ladder/lattice/finite-area questions are outside scope. The publisher lists the ARSVW paper as forthcoming; no final journal DOI/pages/body is claimed. The three-page unrefereed note is accompanied by identical editable LaTeX/PDF, all27 unchanged original PR919 files, six independent mathematical/source/priority audit families, curated source-access metadata, and an externally anchored closed-inventory POSIX verifier, requiring Python3.10+, os.O_NOFOLLOW and slash-root paths (for example macOS/Linux; execution tested only on macOS). The current worker is isolated and nonoptimized, authenticates copied code before execution, and intentionally repeats controlled historical ordinary/O/OO comparisons plus independent exact controls. Historical trust limits remain documented without rewriting original bytes. Standard-library checks and hashes supplement the universal written proof; they are not mathematical/priority certificates or a security sandbox. Original author accounting remains1/5, with no new author proof-search turn in this audit. AI tools were used extensively in research, writing, verification and adversarial review. AI-assisted checks are not independent human or journal peer review; neither such review nor formal proof-assistant certification is claimed. Raw third-party source bodies are not distributed.
