Sistem Informasi Manajemen Pelayanan Dengan Metode Customer Relationship Management (Crm)berbasis Web Pada Klinik Jemadi

Information technology has developed rapidly in the current era. This has led to various significant changes in decision-making patterns within an organization, necessifing accurate information. Jemadi Clinic still uses manual methods for patient registration and collecting various patient data. This results in ineffective patient registration services at Jemadi Clinic. Therefore, to address this issue, a computerized information system is needed to provide quality, effective, and efficient services in the future, as well as improve clinic perfomance. This study designed a web-based information system using the CRM method to facillitate the administration department in managing the patient registration system and simplifying patient reporting.
