This study examined the transformational leadership styles of secondary school administrators and their relationship with teachers’ self-efficacy in Balamban District I during School Year 2025–2026 as a basis for developing a Leadership Enhancement Program. Employing a descriptive-correlational research design, the study involved 65 secondary school teachers selected as respondents. Data were collected using standardized instruments, namely the Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire (MLQ Form 5X) and the Teachers’ Sense of Efficacy Scale (TSES Long Form). Statistical analyses included frequency, percentage, weighted mean, standard deviation, and Pearson correlation. Findings revealed that most respondents were female, married, experienced teachers handling English and Mathematics, and had pursued graduate education. School administrators demonstrated high levels of transformational leadership, particularly in idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, contingent reward, effectiveness, satisfaction, and extra effort. Conversely, laissez-faire leadership and passive management practices received low ratings. Teachers exhibited high self-efficacy in student engagement, instructional strategies, and classroom management. Correlation analysis revealed a low but statistically significant positive relationship between transformational leadership and teachers’ self-efficacy (ρ = 0.293, p = 0.018). Specifically, idealized influence, intellectual stimulation, and contingent reward demonstrated significant associations with teachers’ self-efficacy. The findings suggest that effective transformational leadership practices are associated with greater teacher confidence in fulfilling instructional responsibilities and managing classroom environments. Consequently, a Leadership Enhancement Program was proposed to strengthen administrators’ leadership competencies, promote supportive educational environments, and further enhance teachers’ professional effectiveness and self-efficacy across secondary schools within Balamban District I.
