This ninth volume performs a side-by-side dissection of published 2027–2029 roadmaps (IBM Starling, Quantinuum Sol/Apollo, Bluefors modular deliveries) against the dual-clock framing and the molecular-memory and residual-risk indicators established in Volumes III–VIII. IBM's modular cryogenic cells and L-couplers, Quantinuum's trapped-ion logical-qubit progression, and Bluefors' expandable platforms are examined for their capacity to meet logical-error, modular-memory, cryo-CMOS-power and superselection-overhead thresholds required for chemically relevant active spaces. The analysis finds that the published targets remain provisional with respect to the binding specifications identified for iron–sulfur clusters and larger electrolyte environments, and that the cryptographic-migration clock continues to run independently of any single vendor milestone.
