Preparation and Characterization of Oligonucleotides of D- and L-2’ Deoxyuridine

Abstract

The synthesis of oligonucleotides of 2'deoxyuridine containing both the natural D-2'deoxyribose and the unnatural L-2'deoxyribose is described. Units up to the 18-mer have been made via a modified triester procedure and characterized by HPLC.
