In this study, we conducted a subjective experiment simulating a kitchen environment and evaluated changes in swelling caused by differences in work styles using a 3D scanner. The surface area of the lower legs after standing work increased in all participants, with swelling rates ranging from 0.1% to 1.6%. In this experiment, the swelling might not decrease with the introduction of seated work. On the other hand, 3D scanners enabled the identification of changes in the shape of the lower legs caused by different work styles.
