This study aims to verify the applicability of the downscaled method for identifying risk locations at the scale of building and district. We referred to the established methods used in study of civil engineering and utilized five key topographical features. After identifying five key topographical features in two target areas, we found a certain degree of similarity with the affected locations and hazard maps. In addition, the process of identifying risk locations also enabled us to identify the causes of the risks. It was also found that locations with multiple risks tended to experience more severe damage.
