This research is motivated by the development of instructional media technology in the 21st century, which has the potential to transform how students learn. The study aims to examine the influence of using the "Wayground" interactive learning medium on the learning interest of junior high school (SMP) students. Conducted at SMP Negeri 2 Luwuk, the study employs a quantitative survey approach. A purposive sampling method was used to select one class that had previously utilized the "Wayground" interactive learning medium, as facilitated by their teacher. Data analysis was performed using tests for normality and linearity, simple linear regression (ANOVA), and the coefficient of determination (R-squared). The results indicate a significant influence of the "Wayground" interactive learning medium on students' learning interest. The normality test showed a normal distribution (significance level 0.491 > 0.05), while the simple linear regression (ANOVA) yielded a significance level of 0.641 > 0.05, with an F-calculated value of 0.884 which is lower than the F-table value of 5.735 (at a 5% significance level). Consequently, it can be concluded that the use of the "Wayground" interactive learning medium has a positive influence on the learning interest of students at SMP Negeri 2 Luwuk. The magnitude of this influence is 60.6% (R-squared = 0.606), indicating that the intensity of using the "Wayground" interactive learning medium accounts for a 60.6% impact on students' learning interest.
