This study is motivated by the prevalence of conventional teaching methods and a lack of variety in instructional media, which has resulted in suboptimal student engagement during the learning process and, consequently, low learning outcomes. The study aims to determine the impact of interactive learning media on the thematic learning outcomes of third-grade elementary school students. A quantitative approach was employed using a pre-experimental method with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The sample consisted of 28 third-grade students from SDN 060866 Medan, selected using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected via pretests and posttests administered before and after the use of interactive learning media. Analysis was conducted using IBM SPSS 25, involving tests for normality, homogeneity, and hypothesis testing via the t-test. The results showed an increase in the mean score from 63.14 on the pretest to 76.68 on the posttest. Hypothesis testing yielded a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05), indicating a significant difference in student learning outcomes before and after the use of interactive learning media. Thus, interactive learning media positively influence the improvement of thematic learning outcomes for third-grade elementary students. The use of such media offers an alternative for creating learning experiences that are more engaging, interactive, and suited to the characteristics of elementary school students.
