This study aims to develop interactive learning media for Social Studies (IPS) on the topic “My Proud Region” and determine its feasibility, practicality, and effectiveness in improving elementary school students’ learning outcomes. This research employed the Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE model, consisting of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The research was conducted at SDN 106164 Sambirejo Timur, Medan, involving 24 students. Data were collected through observation, interviews, expert validation questionnaires, teacher and student response questionnaires, and pretests and posttests. The results showed that the media obtained a material expert validation score of 94% and a media expert validation score of 96%, with an average of 95%, categorized as “Very Feasible.” Teacher responses reached 97.5%, while student responses averaged 94.1%, both categorized as “Very Practical.” Students’ average learning outcomes increased from 57.9 on the pretest to 87.9 on the posttest. The N-Gain analysis indicated improvement in the high category. Furthermore, classical learning mastery reached 100%, as all students achieved scores above the predetermined minimum mastery criterion.Based on these findings, the interactive learning media developed using the ADDIE model is highly feasible, highly practical, and effective in improving elementary school students’ Social Studies learning outcomes. Therefore, this media can be used as an alternative instructional resource to support engaging and effective learning.
