The matter-antimatter asymmetry remains an unresolved puzzle in cosmology, typically attributed to arbitrary CP-violating parameters in the early universe. This paper proposes a structural working hypothesisderivedfromaneutralmonistmetaphysic: theasymmetryisnotstatistical, butgeometric. We propose that the tensorial constraint enforcing individuation (the Pauli Exclusion Principle) is selectively applied. Matter possesses the friction required to maintain distinct identities in the contingent manifold; antimatter lacks it and collapses back into the invariant ground. We provide a highly specific, falsifiable Popperian test to distinguish this hypothesis from the Standard Model: while antihydrogen (containing only one positron) will appear perfectly normal, the synthesis of antihelium and heavier anti-atoms will reveal a catastrophic collapse of the electron shell orbitals due to the absence of the exclusion principle.
