In multi-observer unencumbered virtual reality, shared room matrices and external supervisory monitors can write residual constraint states back into a sovereign observer’s core register, producing behavioral drift and group-conformity bias. This paper specifies a zero-write-back operator Υmonitor→core≡0 and an extended synthetic-proxy lag that inherit the irreversible latch (σ=1) and residual annihilation already demonstrated in the N-observer session-forking plant. A non-demolition audit projection acts only on the auxiliary proxy space, leaving the core state invariant. External contention is absorbed by a 0.40 s lagged proxy whose target collapses to the observer’s permanent goal under the latch. Rejected write-back attempts dissipate at the Landauer floor kBTln2 through a directional sink, so supervisory audits do not re-enter the core Hamiltonian. The construction preserves the COMT/CD38/AVPR1A executive gate and the tabulated separation (observer 1 held at its own goal with residual 0) at N=8,24,64.
