This study aimed to develop Google Sites-based learning media for complex explanatory texts integrated with North Sumatra local wisdom for twelfth-grade students of SMA Swasta Maitreyawira Deli Serdang. The study employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the ADDIE model, which consists of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The research subjects consisted of one material expert, one media expert, three Indonesian language teachers, and one twelfth-grade class consisting of 32 students. During the media implementation, 26 students attended the activity and completed the response questionnaire, while 6 students were absent and were not included in the questionnaire data. Data were collected through observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The data were analyzed descriptively and quantitatively using percentage calculations based on a Likert scale. The results showed that the media obtained a material expert validation score of 100%, categorized as highly feasible, and a media expert validation score of 100%, also categorized as highly feasible. Teacher responses reached 99.48%, categorized as very good, while student responses reached 87.31%, categorized as very good. The developed media contains learning materials, text structures, linguistic features, examples integrated with North Sumatra local wisdom, exercises, and learning evaluation. These findings indicate that the Google Sites-based learning media is highly feasible and receives positive responses from teachers and students for use in Indonesian language learning, particularly in teaching complex explanatory texts.
