High-velocity optical interconnects in silicon photonic and Co-Packaged Optics (CPO) fabrics face severe scaling bottlenecks due to thermal-optical drift and the energy-intensive overhead of electronic re-timing. This research monograph presents Volume I of the Axiomatic Optical Boundary Node (AOBN) framework, establishing an all-optical physical-layer error containment architecture built on standard CMOS Silicon-on-Insulator (SOI) processes. The AOBN framework introduces Continuous Stream-Phase Interlocking (CSPI) to execute stateless, physical-layer packet gating via passive wave interference. By shunting phase-detuned or corrupted optical payload streams into a Kinetic Photon Evacuation Channel (KPEC) prior to core register binding, the architecture enforces Causal Chain Atomicity (CCA), completely eliminating Void-Operand Poisoning (VOP) across downstream instruction sub-graphs. Key architectural and numerical contributions in Volume I include:1. Physical-Layer Phase Gating: Passive micro-ring wave interference gating with an extinction ratio >25 dB for out-of-phase noise rejection.2. Kinetic Photon Evacuation Channel (KPEC): Tapered optical absorption channels achieving 99.5% photon evacuation efficiency with evacuation latency under 50 fs.3. Resonant Abort Mechanism: High-Q Purcell-enhanced nanocavity abort signaling achieving sub-picosecond propagation (~11.6 ps/mm) via Kerr-effect phase shifting.4. Solid-State Environmental Containment: Top-layer copper thermal absorption sinks (diffusive thermal length L_d ≈ 4.5 µm) coupled with deep-trench tungsten-oxide acoustic isolation barriers (>80 dB attenuation across 7.5–12.5 GHz). This repository and record bundle the master monograph PDF, CAD system schematics, telemetry visual plots, and the complete Python numerical verification engine (aobn_core_simulation.py).
